My baking journey began during the pandemic where I spent lots of time learning my way around these bite sized pastries. Revered as one of the most difficult pastries to perfect, I became obsessed with the idea of it and all the flavors I could make with them. I expanded my pastry vocabulary and now offer not only custom macarons, but also custom cakes.
