WHO IS EMILY?
In 2019 Emily graduated high school in hopes of becoming a graphic designer and attended a two-year program for it (which came in handy when designing her brand). During that time she took up baking for friends and family and eventually started selling at markets and became known as Emily's Macarons by the local community.
She then decided to switch career paths and pursue baking and pastry. As of right now she attends a baking and pastry program at St. Louis Community College while selling these popular petit fours at local markets.
If you can't find her baking, you'll probably find her crocheting, taking care of her plants, doing pottery, or traveling around the country. She hopes that one day she will have her own storefront selling her specialty macs, but for now you can find her at the Lake St. Louis Farmers and Artists Markets on select Saturdays.
